The GEV GP300E is a high-capacity oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump engineered for applications requiring substantial vacuum flow and reliable industrial performance. Delivering a nominal displacement of 300 m³/h at 50 Hz and 360 m³/h at 60 Hz, the GP300E is the largest of these three GEV models and is designed to meet the demands of higher-volume vacuum applications.
The GP300E achieves an ultimate vacuum of 5 mbar, providing strong vacuum performance for applications where both capacity and reliable vacuum levels are important. Its gas ballast function supports operation where water vapour is present, while the pump can accommodate up to 5.7 kg/h of water vapour at 50 Hz under the specified gas ballast conditions.
At 50 Hz, the GP300E is powered by a 7.5 kW motor operating at 1,450 rpm, with a 60 Hz configuration operating at 1,750 rpm. The pump has a 2-inch GAS inlet and 2-inch GAS outlet, with an oil capacity of approximately 6.5 litres and a weight of around 200 kg with oil.
